By ZZ is an experimental practice centered around Play, dreamed up by Zehra and Zeyna, two international players with global experience, vision and taste buds.
With Pakistani, Senegalese and Jamaican ancestry, the two London-born creatives met while living in Los Angeles. Wildly different with common values, the projects they produce seamlessly mesh their individual interests, experiences and essence into one collective vision.

Soaked, hand-peeled and crushed almonds combined with whipped labneh and honey, layered with dark cherries, sour cherry compote & finished with a thyme frosting.
